The most successful teams understands the personality types they are made up of. They look at ensuring that the right people are on the team. They determine and accept if a player on the team isn't a good fit. There may be a strong player on the team, but in the wrong place. So focus on getting the RIGHT people on the team, then getting the RIGHTpeople in the RIGHT places on the teams.
